Position: Quality Manager

1、More than 5 years’ experience in quality management and at least one year as quality manager or experience in the automobile assembly plants/Tier one or two suppliers;

2、Extensive and practical experience of materials, assembly, pressing, machining knowledge;

3、Familiar with the automotive supplier quality management processes and methods;

4、Understand IATF16949 and ISO9001 quality system;

5、Knowledge and experience of APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, CONTROL PLAN, MSA, SPC and GDT;

6、Excellent organizational, leadership, interpersonal relationships, mature judgment and problem solving skills;

7、Good in English

一个经理 一个助理  两个检验员

熟悉文件编辑和存档整理， 熟悉质量相关的各领域，熟悉16949  ISO140001 等质量体系， 熟悉认证流程 ，有经验处理客户投诉，能很好的跟客户沟通质量问题， 投诉问题 

沟通质量问题 如果瑞典那边也生产同样的产品， 可以沟通一下经验 怎么改进， 或者质量问题出在哪里 route casue是什么

出口三个客户 其中一个是瑞典母公司 ， 其他都是内销， 内销的几个客户也都是汽车行业的大公司 一般国内外都有公司的， 只是我们的产品卖给国内的公司。总共10来家客户
